Scritch...scritch...scritch... The baby turtles are hatching.
The baby turtles wriggle along the beach. They move toward the big sea. All baby turtles must go there.
Uh-oh! The ants may be dangerous. Be careful, baby turtles.
Plop! Plop! Plop! The baby turtles reach the water safely.
Helpers come and lift the baby turtles out of the water. Where are they taking the baby turtles?
The helpers place the baby turtles in a big pool. Splash! The baby turtles like the fresh water.
After three days, the baby turtles are hungry. The children feed the baby turtles.
The baby turtles are no longer hungry. The baby turtles play in the rushing water.
Oh-no! Something itches the baby turtles. The baby turtles don't like being itchy.
Don't worry, baby turtles. Helpers lift the baby turtles out of the water...
...and clean them with brushes. Hee hee! The baby turtles are ticklish.
Splash! The clean baby turtles swim happily in the fresh water.
Now where are the helpers taking the baby turtles?
To the big sea!
The baby turtles race toward the water.
One by one, they all reach the water.
Hooray! The baby turtles swim off into the big sea.
