Deleting your data

You are always in control of your iTriviz account. Sign-in is handled by GenAI ID, the shared account service we use across our apps, and you can permanently delete your account and everything we store about you — including any data we received from Google or Facebook sign-in (your name, email and profile picture) and any content or settings tied to your account.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@navatop.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. We’ll confirm and remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove our access from your Facebook settings: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. That revokes the connection; email us as above to also erase any data already stored.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (name, email, profile picture).
• Any profile information received from Google or Facebook sign-in.
• Any content and settings tied to your account — for example your approved-games list, your children’s profiles and your block list.
